Today I got to spend some time with Bug and Bryce! First we went to Anthropologie to look at their doorknobs and ran into this cute little number. After much debate, we were both in love. But anyway, we focused back on doorknobs and I let the dress go (until Friday when I went back and picked it up). After our trip in Anthropologie and of course, Sloans we headed to Jupiter Civic Center. On Wednesday's they do a public viewing for an hour, so we went up to get a better feel for the place. I loved it even more. It was so nice to just start picturing everything. Now if I can just get through this semester and graduate. It's going to be hard focusing on classes, when I have this gorgeous place constantly running through my mind. This time I was able to really get in a take the pictures I needed to start laying out ideas.

After our busy day up in Jupiter, Brandon treated me to a visit to Lowes! Exciting I know, right? It was! We went there to look at colors. After Brandon's careful evaluation, we managed to find a few colors to start with.
Went to office supplies stores to look for a binder. After searching a few different stores, I ended up using one I had in my old school supplies. I forgot that binders run minimum $6.00 for a decent quality. So I printed out some wedding organizer pages from: http://www.russellandhazel.com/PDF/WeddingTemplate.pdf.
Nomster and Summar came into town for Spring Break. They surprised us with our first engagement card and gift! Absolutely love the picture, from the last time you guys were in town! Love you guys so much, had a lot of fun exploring Palm Beach with you both!
SO being that driftwood is my favorite, the day after I got engaged I saw this beautiful piece of driftwood on the beach, and I knew I just had to have it. Before I left the beach that day, I checked to see how heavy it was (of course, from the light side). I was able to pick it up easily, so I figured I would get Brandon to help me and it would be super easy. WRONG! The park closed at sundown, and the closest public entrance was a mile away (one way). Being that Brandon is amazing, he carried the 88lb. piece of driftwood and participated in photographs all at the same time. Now, to incorporate it into the wedding. :) "Do you know the difference between me and Jesus? He wasn't on a beach!" |
As a coupleWe love to scuba dive, eat Ruffles Cheddar and Sour Cream chips, shop in Williams Sonoma, and watch Wheel of Fortune during dinner. Archives
